Hi! I'm Robin. I've been a practicing trauma therapist since 2018. I use a combination of therapies to help you address the things that are keeping you from living your life the way you want. I utilize EMDR, DBT, parts work, and ACT.
Together, we will create a plan and implement new skills to move you forward. We will address past experiences that get in your way, so you can fully enjoy the life you have and find peace and acceptance. I use a collaborative, supportive approach. You will feel safe and comfortable in our work together.
